Through mutual agreement with some modern testing facility that in addition to having the ability of responding reference standard requirements and current project needs, is also one of the valid and active research centers in pipe and profile industry in the country. Laboratories equipment and testing apparatus include the following:

• Chemical and polymer lab:

To control raw and consumed material as well as controlling coating products according to JIS, EN, DIN, AWWA, API ... standards and customer's requirement.

• Calibration lab:

For calibration of measurement tools for dimensions control, electrical instruments, temperature, humidity, pressure, weight...

• Metallurgy lab:

Metallurgic macro and micro structure studies and micro and macro hardness tests.

• Mechanical lab:

Performing strength and toughness tests by extension, bending and stroke machines and DWTT

• Corrosion lab:

Testing material strength in sour environments and environments at presence of H2S gas for SSCC and HIC tests in accordance NACE TM 0284, NACE TM 0177 standards

• Quanto-metery lab:

Performing chemical composition and constituents of steels
